Position: AI Workflow Specialist

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $115 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI Workflow Specialist to join our team. As an AI Workflow Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our AI workflow processes to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of artificial intelligence solutions. You will work closely with our team of data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design, test, and implement AI workflows that deliver actionable insights and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our AI capabilities, data infrastructure, and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize AI workflow requirements
• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end AI workflows, including data preparation, model training and testing, and deployment
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with existing AI workflows, providing timely and effective solutions
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI workflows, making recommendations for improvements as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI workflow management and automation
• Train and educate team members on AI workflows and processes, promoting a culture of data-driven decision making
• Work with external vendors and partners to integrate new AI technologies and tools into our workflows
• Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for AI workflow processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI workflow management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with AI and machine learning techniques, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training and evaluation
• Familiarity with AI workflow management tools, such as Amazon SageMaker or Azure ML Studio
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable AI solutions on time and within budget
• Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is preferred
