Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support to our clients. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes and requirements to develop customized technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and project management to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the capabilities and value of our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance our solutions and services.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to internal teams on technical aspects of our products and services.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical solutions consulting or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and experience with various programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional client experience.
• Flexibility to travel as needed to client sites.
