Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of robotics specialists and provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and requirements for robotics systems
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our company's robotics systems
Design, test, and troubleshoot robotics systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotics technology and incorporate them into our company's systems
Develop and maintain documentation for robotics systems, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications
Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users of robotics systems
Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors for the procurement of robotics equipment and services
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the development and use of robotics systems
Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members as needed
Contribute to the overall growth and success of our company's robotics department through innovative ideas and solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics development and implementation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of robotics principles, systems, and technologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java
Experience with robotics simulation software and tools
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
