Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of DevOps Specialists in designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, and quality assurance to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable software delivery.
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Implement and maintain configuration management tools to manage infrastructure and application configurations.
Continuously evaluate and improve our DevOps processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on DevOps best practices.
Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and technologies, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with proven experience leading a team.
Strong experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS ECS.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
