Job Summary: As the Automation Manager Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of automation projects, as well as managing a team of automation engineers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, design and execute automation strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of automation solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation within client processes.
• Design and implement automation strategies that align with client needs and objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end automation project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, development, testing, implementation, and support.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report project status to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation, and introduce new ideas and technologies to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation project management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong technical background in automation tools and technologies, such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering successful automation projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of effectively managing and motivating a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with a diverse team.
