Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations and infrastructure of our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of our technical systems and processes. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical operations and ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage a team of technical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve technical operations and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and maintain all hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Develop and manage the technical operations budget.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical operations or infrastructure management role.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Proven experience in managing a team and driving team performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Experience in budget management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
