Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Data Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that meet the needs of our clients and support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, database design, and programming languages, with a passion for problem-solving and a drive for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data solutions that align with business goals
• Develop and maintain data models, database schemas, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Implement data quality checks and data cleansing processes to identify and resolve data issues
• Design and develop data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse
• Continuously monitor and optimize data solutions to improve performance and scalability
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, entity-relationship diagrams, and data flow diagrams
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and apply them to improve our data solutions
• Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to ensure that data solutions meet their analytical and reporting needs
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and standards are met
• Mentor and coach junior data engineers to build a high-performing team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
• Strong understanding of data architecture principles and database design
• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as SQL, Python, Java, or Scala
• Experience with data warehousing tools, such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Familiarity with ETL tools, such as Informatica, Talend, or Matillion
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques, such as dimensional modeling and data normalization
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
