About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Operations Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our cybersecurity operations, ensuring the security of our company's systems, networks, and data. You will work closely with our IT and security teams to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our cybersecurity team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures for monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and make recommendations for enhancing our security measures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security controls, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption tools.
• Train and educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and ensure that all employees are following security protocols.
• Act as the main point of contact for any cybersecurity incidents, and lead the response and resolution efforts.
• Manage relationships with external security vendors and partners, and ensure that all contracted services are meeting our security requirements.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the state of our cybersecurity operations, including any identified risks and proposed solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with security operations and incident response.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO, and CIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are a plus.
