About the Role: As a Cloud Architect Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the design, implementation, and management of our cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop robust cloud architectures that align with their objectives. This is a hands-on role, requiring strong technical proficiency, as well as excellent project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop cloud architectures that align with their objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of security, performance, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and standards for cloud architecture.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within our cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong technical proficiency in cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex cloud solutions.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are preferred.
