Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Systems Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Data Systems Manager Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's data systems, ensuring their efficiency, security, and accuracy. You will lead a team of data analysts, engineers, and administrators to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our data systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, engineers, and administrators to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our company's data systems.
• Create and implement data management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the accuracy, security, and efficiency of our data systems.
• Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure the integrity and quality of our data.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data models and databases to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve the performance of our data systems.
• Monitor and analyze data system performance, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data management and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Manage data system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the smooth operation of our data systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, best practices, and technologies.
• Experience with SQL, database design, and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data systems is a plus.
