Job Description: As a Digital Systems Consultant at Lobox, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our clients in order to help them achieve their digital goals. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify areas for improvement in their digital systems
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing digital systems and develop recommendations for optimization and enhancement
• Design, develop and implement digital solutions that align with client's business strategies
• Provide technical expertise in areas such as web development, cloud computing, data analytics, and digital marketing
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients
• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new digital systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines and budget
• Ensure quality control and testing of all digital solutions before deployment
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for digital systems to ensure optimal performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or IT services company
• Strong understanding of web development, cloud computing, data analytics, and digital marketing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital projects on time and within budget
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and continuously learn and improve skills
