Job Title: IT Integration Manager

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Integration Manager to join our team. As an IT Integration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of various technology systems and applications within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new technologies, while also maintaining the integrity and functionality of existing systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and scope are met
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and requirements, and develop integration solutions to meet those needs
• Evaluate, select, and implement new technology systems and applications, ensuring compatibility and integration with existing systems
• Monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of existing systems, identifying and resolving any issues or gaps in integration
• Develop and maintain integration strategies and roadmaps, keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements
• Oversee the testing and quality assurance process for new integrations, ensuring they meet business needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and systems, providing training and support to end-users
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts are upheld
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status and progress of integration projects
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance business operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT integration, with a proven track record of successful project management and implementation
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various systems and applications, such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and cloud-based solutions
• Experience with integration tools and platforms, such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex integration issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP or ITIL, are a plus
