Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their business needs and gather requirements for information systems
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and other information systems
• Design, code, and test new applications and features to meet business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to information systems
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system architecture diagrams
• Train end-users on how to effectively use information systems and troubleshoot basic issues
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve systems and processes
• Collaborate with IT team to ensure data security and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in project planning and management, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate the implementation of new systems and upgrades

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in information systems analysis, design, and development
• Proficient in database management, SQL, and programming languages such as Java or Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
