Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of AI specialists and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for AI solutions.
Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to develop effective AI models.
Design, develop, and deploy AI models using a variety of tools and techniques such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our AI solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
Communicate project progress and results to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing AI solutions, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
