Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals and driving the development and implementation of technical solutions for our clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating technical solutions, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technical professionals and provide guidance and support in developing and implementing technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop customized technical solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify potential solutions and make recommendations for adoption.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for technical solutions projects.
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
• Communicate project updates and status reports to key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance checks.
• Provide technical expertise and support to team members and clients, addressing any technical issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proficient in a variety of programming languages and technologies, with a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and advancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and resources for technical solutions projects.
