Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI Research Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research and developing innovative solutions that will enhance our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify patterns and trends in AI technology
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and contribute to the development of new techniques and algorithms
• Design and implement experiments to evaluate the performance of AI models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions for various projects
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders and make necessary adjustments based on feedback

• Participate in conferences, workshops, and other industry events to expand knowledge and network with other AI professionals
• Mentor and guide junior team members in their research and development activities

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI research and development
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
