Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design integration solutions.
Develop and maintain integration processes between various cloud-based applications and platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure smooth and efficient data flow.
Implement best practices and standards for data integration and management.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in cloud integration and make recommendations for improvement.
Conduct regular audits to identify potential integration issues and provide solutions to mitigate them.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure successful integration of their systems with ours.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the integrated systems.
Participate in the planning and execution of integration testing and provide timely resolution to any identified issues.
Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations in all integration processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud-based integration.
In-depth knowledge of cloud-based integration technologies and platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc.
Experience with data management and data mapping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven experience in project management and delivering projects within tight deadlines.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
