Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Implementation Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of various IT projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project delivery. As an IT Implementation Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design technical solutions, and oversee the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of various IT projects, including software and hardware upgrades, system integrations, and technology implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define project objectives and requirements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage project resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project goals are met.
• Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders, and recommend solutions to address any challenges.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technical solutions that align with business needs.
• Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and meet organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of software and hardware systems and architectures.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
