Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Governance Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Governance Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management and oversight of our organization's IT systems and processes. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT governance policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current IT processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance processes and identify any potential risks or gaps.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT governance, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on IT governance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on IT governance metrics and key performance indicators to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure our organization's IT governance practices are in line with best practices.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in IT governance processes.
• Lead the IT governance committee and facilitate meetings to discuss and address any issues or concerns.
• Work closely with the IT security team to ensure IT governance policies are aligned with our organization's security strategy.
• Collaborate with the IT leadership team to develop and maintain an IT governance roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to IT governance, such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and GDPR.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proven experience in leading and facilitating meetings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional certifications in IT governance, such as CGEIT, CISA, or CRISC, are preferred.
