We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Cloud Solutions Lead.

Position Overview: The Cloud Solutions Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of cloud solutions to our clients. In this role, you will collaborate with our sales, project management, and technical teams to design, implement, and support cloud solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will serve as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies and provide guidance to internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions for our clients, including infrastructure, platform, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
• Work closely with our sales team to understand client requirements and develop proposals for cloud solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of cloud solutions, including managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies and trends, providing guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Conduct research and development on emerging cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings.
• Lead the development and maintenance of cloud-related documentation, including design documents, user guides, and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices for cloud security, compliance, and data privacy, and ensure our solutions adhere to these standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to cloud solutions, working closely with our technical teams to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Act as a liaison between our clients and our technical teams, managing client expectations and ensuring timely communication and updates on project progress.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to support their growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including infrastructure, platform, and SaaS.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies such as virtualization, containers, and serverless computing.
• Proven experience in managing complex cloud projects from conception to delivery.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
