Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Services Coordinator to join our team. As the IT Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our IT department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all IT services. You will work closely with our IT team and various departments within the organization to provide technical support and ensure timely delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all IT services including hardware, software, network, and security systems
• Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, resolving any issues or outages in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
• Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions and support
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and quality services for the organization
• Keep track of IT inventory and ensure timely procurement of hardware and software as needed
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities
• Provide technical support and assistance to employees, troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry, making recommendations for improvement and innovation in IT services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection best practices
• Experience with project management and ITIL methodologies is a plus
