Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical delivery of projects by defining project scope, requirements, and timelines
Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and allocate resources effectively
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects by conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards
Identify and resolve any technical issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle
Communicate project progress and any potential risks to stakeholders
Monitor and track project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into project delivery processes
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role
Strong experience with software development and project management methodologies
Experience in leading the delivery of complex technical projects
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP are a plus
