Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Lead Architect to join our dynamic team. As the Data Science Lead Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of our data science strategy. You will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and architects, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a data science strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
• Lead a team of data scientists and architects, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions
• Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and techniques to improve our data science capabilities
• Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and analysis
• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support business decisions and drive insights
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of data science and apply them to our projects and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques
• Experience with data engineering, including data ingestion, processing, and management
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and big data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, or Spark
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• A passion for data and a desire to continuously learn and improve
