Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Operations Specialist Manager to oversee our company's IT operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our IT department and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems and services. You will lead a team of IT specialists and work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology infrastructure meets the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department including infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to assess technology needs and provide solutions to enhance business operations.
• Monitor and maintain the company's network and systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members.
• Prepare and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
• Strong understanding of network security and disaster recovery protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in project management and budgeting.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certified ITIL or similar certification is a plus.
