Job Overview: As an IT Solutions Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our IT solutions. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all IT solution-related inquiries from clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions.
• Work closely with our internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and equipment for solution implementation.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of our solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT solution projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams.
• Train clients and internal teams on how to effectively use our IT solutions.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss the progress of ongoing projects and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in IT solutions coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of various IT solutions, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in conducting research and staying updated on the latest technologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
