Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Cloud Solutions Architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Design and implement cloud architectures that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
Conduct regular assessments of our clients' cloud environments and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies, and incorporate them into our solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients.
Conduct training and workshops for internal teams to enhance their understanding of cloud technologies and solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical background, with experience in designing and implementing complex cloud architectures.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze business requirements.
Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and project management (PMP, Agile) is a plus.
