Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an AI Consultant Manager. The AI Consultant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of AI consultants, developing and implementing AI strategies for clients, and driving business growth through the delivery of high-quality services. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of AI technology, as well as strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI consultants, providing guidance and support in the development and execution of client projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for the implementation of AI solutions.
• Develop and implement AI strategies for clients, utilizing the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Oversee the delivery of AI solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered within budget and timeline.
• Monitor industry trends and developments in AI technology, and make recommendations for new services and solutions to enhance our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Manage project budgets and resources, including hiring and training of new team members as needed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to identify opportunities for cross-functional projects and partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Previous experience leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to AI technology.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
