Salary: $247000 - $320000

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Implementation Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our technical solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of technical systems and processes, as well as strong project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation process for our clients, ensuring successful and timely delivery of our solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders, to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each implementation project.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to the project team, stakeholders, and management.
• Ensure all implementation projects adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Continuously review and improve implementation processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management or technical implementation roles.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with technical systems and processes.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in software development and/or data management is a plus.
