About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Applications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design solutions, and oversee the deployment of machine learning models in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development and implementation of machine learning applications in our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design solutions that leverage machine learning.
• Define project timelines, deliverables, and resources required for successful deployment of machine learning models.
• Monitor and analyze performance of deployed machine learning models and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and identify potential use cases for our products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise in machine learning.
• Manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing coaching and mentorship to drive their professional growth.
• Collaborate with product managers to incorporate machine learning capabilities into our product roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Proficiency in using machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.
• Understanding of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
