About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Systems Analyst Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Systems Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's IT systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide strategic solutions to enhance our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IT Systems Analysts and provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and maintain IT systems and processes that align with business goals and strategies.
• Conduct regular system audits and identify areas for improvement to optimize system performance.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement new IT systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the potential impact of new systems and technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues and ensure minimal disruptions to business operations.
• Define and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
• Strong understanding of system design and development methodologies.
• Proficient in system analysis, data modeling, and data flow diagramming.
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
