Position: Application Integration Lead

Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Application Integration Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Application Integration Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect various applications and systems within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and data flow between different applications, ultimately improving overall business efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integration solutions that connect applications and systems using various technologies and tools such as APIs, ETL, and middleware.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their integration needs and provide solutions that align with business goals.
• Lead the integration team in the development and implementation of integration solutions, providing guidance and technical expertise as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration diagrams, data mapping, and process flow charts.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in integration technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of integration processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful integration of their systems with our applications.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the integration team and provide coaching and development opportunities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and tools such as APIs, ETL, and middleware.
• Experience with enterprise application integration (EAI) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve common goals.
