Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Knowledge Engineer Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Knowledge Engineer Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our knowledge management systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement knowledge management solutions to support business objectives and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather knowledge assets from various sources within the organization.
• Conduct knowledge gap analysis and implement strategies to fill those gaps.
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Develop content management processes and guidelines for the organization's knowledge management systems.
• Train and educate employees on utilizing knowledge management systems effectively.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management systems and make improvements as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to knowledge management systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, content management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficient in using knowledge management tools and systems such as SharePoint, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining knowledge management systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in training and educating employees on knowledge management systems.
• Knowledge of coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Certification in Knowledge Management or related field is preferred.
