Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for big data projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure that all team members are aligned on project objectives.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage project resources, including allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Oversee the testing and quality assurance process to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
Manage project change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and budget.
Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and issues that may arise during project execution.
Provide guidance and support to project team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on big data projects.
Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of big data technologies and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience in managing project budgets and timelines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
PMP certification is preferred.
