Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Specialist Lead to join our dynamic team. The IT Risk Specialist Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT risk management program. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization's information systems and technology infrastructure. The IT Risk Specialist Lead will also serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on risk management best practices to ensure the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company's IT risk management program, including policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize IT risks based on the potential impact to the company's operations and information systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Monitor and track risk mitigation efforts and report on the status to senior leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments on new and existing systems, applications, and processes to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate controls.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging risks to ensure the company's risk management program remains effective and compliant.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business units on risk management best practices.
• Lead the development and delivery of risk management training programs for employees.
• Coordinate with external auditors to conduct IT risk assessments and provide necessary documentation.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Assist with the development and implementation of IT security policies and procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT risk-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT risk management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, such as COSO, COBIT, and ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP are preferred.
