Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting for our clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain technical solutions for clients
Conduct regular system audits and performance checks to identify and address any potential issues
Proactively monitor and manage system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures
Provide technical training and support to clients to ensure they are able to effectively utilize their systems
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement new technologies and processes for clients
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of technical solutions
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical operations or similar role
Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and cloud technologies
Experience with virtualization, storage, and backup solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technical projects
Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus
Certifications in relevant technologies are highly desirable
