Salary: $266000 - $336000

Overview: As a Robotics Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge robotics solutions for our company. You will be responsible for leading the development and integration of robotics systems, as well as providing technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of robotics technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of robotics solutions that meet the needs of our company and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of robotics systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to support their growth and development.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technologies to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and competitive.
• Develop and maintain documentation for robotics systems, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and debug robotics systems to identify and resolve any issues that arise during development and testing.
• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of robotics systems.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines and deliverables, and provide regular updates on progress and potential roadblocks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the design and development of robotics systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics design and development.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, control systems, and artificial intelligence.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
• Experience with robotics simulation software and tools.
• Experience with CAD software for designing mechanical components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in project management is a plus.

Working Conditions: As a Robotics Architect, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You may be required to work long hours and weekends to meet project deadlines. You may also need to travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend conferences and workshops.
