Position Overview: As the Data Processing Lead Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of data processing solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality data processing solutions that meet our clients' business needs. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of data processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data processing solutions for our clients.
• Define technical requirements and create detailed architecture designs for data processing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest data processing technologies and tools and make recommendations for their adoption.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for data processing solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data processing and architecture.
• Extensive experience with data processing technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale data processing projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
