Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement deployment strategies for new IT projects and initiatives.
Create detailed project plans and timelines for IT deployment activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify project requirements and dependencies.
Define and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
Lead and supervise a team of IT deployment specialists.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the deployment process.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT deployment, project management, or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.
PMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
