Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of cloud solutions specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and project management to understand client requirements and develop customized cloud solutions
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's processes and procedures
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in cloud technology and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our offerings
Oversee the development and delivery of client presentations, proposals, and other documentation related to cloud solutions
Act as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Provide timely and accurate reporting on the team's performance, including project status, KPIs, and other relevant metrics
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and participate in the sales process as a subject matter expert
Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
Act as a liaison between the technical team and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and deliverables
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the team's skills and capabilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the cloud solutions or technology industry
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including public, private, and hybrid cloud environments
Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing and delivering customized cloud solutions for clients of various industries and sizes
In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze client needs and develop appropriate solutions
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Relevant certifications in cloud computing and project management are an asset
