Salary: $310000 - $360000

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Security Specialist Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Security Specialist Lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain effective security measures for our cloud-based systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data on the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards for our cloud-based systems.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to continuously improve our cloud security measures.
• Lead a team of security specialists to effectively and efficiently manage security incidents and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into the development and deployment of cloud-based applications.
• Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
• Conduct regular security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a strong security culture.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for our cloud-based systems.
• Lead the implementation of security controls and tools to protect our cloud infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of security best practices, standards, and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and technologies, such as IAM, WAF, DLP, SIEM, and encryption.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures, such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Proven experience in conducting security assessments, audits, and risk assessments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in cloud security, such as CCSP, CCSK, or AWS Certified Security ��� Specialty, are preferred.
