Job Title: Cloud Systems Consultant

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Systems Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Systems Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in their cloud computing journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of cloud computing, including infrastructure, platforms, and software services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized cloud solutions that meet their needs.
• Conduct assessments of existing IT infrastructure and make recommendations for cloud adoption and migration.
• Develop and implement cloud migration strategies, including planning, testing, and execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the migration process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing and recommend new solutions to clients.
• Conduct training and workshops for clients to increase their understanding of cloud computing and its benefits.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of cloud solutions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and our technical teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of project status and updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for any cloud-related inquiries or issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing, preferably in a consulting role.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, architectures, and technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering cloud-based solutions to clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are preferred.
