Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement secure cloud architecture solutions that meet the company's security requirements and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain cloud security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities in the cloud environment.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits of our cloud systems and make recommendations for improvement.
Lead the implementation of security controls and measures to protect against cyber threats and attacks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud security and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to other team members on cloud security best practices and procedures.
Serve as the subject matter expert on cloud security matters and participate in meetings and presentations to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security architecture.
Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation, and security vulnerabilities.
Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CCSK is a plus.
