Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in designing, developing and implementing data science solutions to support business goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data science projects
Develop and maintain data infrastructure, data pipelines, and data warehouses to support the team's data science projects
Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights
Monitor and evaluate the performance of data science solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and support their career growth
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and data engineering techniques, and identify opportunities to apply them in our projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a similar role
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data scientists and engineers
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Hands-on experience in data mining, data wrangling, and data visualization
In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, and their applications in solving real-world problems
Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex data science challenges
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
