Job Overview: As the Technical Solutions Architect Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of Solutions Architects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will use your strong technical background and leadership skills to provide guidance and direction to your team, while also staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business objectives and technical requirements
• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions, ensuring they align with the clients' needs and objectives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and engineers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Provide technical guidance and support to the Solutions Architects on your team, helping them develop their skills and knowledge
• Conduct regular technical training and knowledge sharing sessions for the Solutions Architect team
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing them with insights and recommendations on how to optimize their technology infrastructure
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients
• Act as a subject matter expert in technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven organization
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions
• In-depth knowledge of different programming languages, databases, and operating systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus
• Industry certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are preferred
