Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Compliance Lead Architect to join our growing team. As the Data Compliance Lead Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's data management practices comply with all relevant regulations and standards. You will work closely with our data management team to design and implement data compliance strategies that meet both internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant data privacy and compliance regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other industry-specific regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data compliance strategies and processes that align with company goals and industry best practices.
• Lead the development of data compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.
• Conduct regular audits of data practices to identify any potential compliance issues and make recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all data compliance-related inquiries and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data compliance and make recommendations for adopting new technologies or processes to improve data compliance.
• Provide training and support to staff on data compliance regulations and best practices to ensure company-wide understanding and adherence to compliance policies.
• Stay informed on any changes to data privacy and compliance regulations and communicate updates and implications to relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management or data compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience designing and implementing data compliance strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of data management systems, processes, and technologies.
