Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of robotic projects, from conception to deployment
Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to develop new robotic technologies and improve existing systems
Design and implement software and hardware architecture for robotic systems
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Manage a team of robotics engineers and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in robotics technology, and apply relevant knowledge to projects
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and provide timely solutions
Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the robotics team

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of robotics principles, algorithms, and control systems
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java
Experience with robotics simulation tools and platforms such as ROS, Gazebo, or V-REP
Familiarity with robotic sensors, actuators, and hardware components
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards common goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a strong attention to detail
