Job Title: IT Implementation Specialist Manager

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Implementation Specialist Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of complex IT projects, ensuring the successful integration of new systems and technologies into our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IT implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients, to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project goals and objectives.
• Manage project resources and teams, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to all stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the project, fostering a positive and productive working relationship.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of new technologies and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant project documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and technologies.
• Monitor and track project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a high level of quality assurance and ensure all projects meet or exceed established standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of various IT systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
