Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Systems Operations Managers to ensure the efficient functioning of our company's systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize systems and processes, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime.
• Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of all systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any system-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any potential issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all systems and processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware and software purchases.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and make recommendations for implementing new technologies and processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments as needed.
• Conduct regular trainings and evaluations to ensure team members are up-to-date on the latest technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a systems operations management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• In-depth knowledge of systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve system efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
