Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop project plans.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring efficient and effective communication among team members.
• Manage and coordinate project resources, including budget, equipment, and staffing.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Continuously assess and improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
