Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the strategic IT infrastructure roadmap, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives
Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services
Lead the evaluation and selection of hardware and software products and vendors to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, and provide recommendations for infrastructure solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the infrastructure team, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying training needs
Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures for infrastructure systems
Manage and monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal performance
Define and enforce security policies and procedures for infrastructure systems, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of infrastructure systems
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on infrastructure projects and address any concerns or issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of infrastructure professionals
Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services
Experience with virtualization, containerization, and automation technologies
In-depth understanding of security principles and best practices for infrastructure systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Certifications in infrastructure technologies, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), are preferred
